From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/4.75 [en] (Win98; U) BuildID: Future When users install signed plug-ins the screen that advises them of the plug-in advises them that the plug-in is "HIGH RISK and default setting is DENY. This cuts down on installs of safe plug-ins. The language ought to assume that signed plug-isn may be safe, that there is high risk in an unsigned control, medium risk in a signed control and no risk in rejection. This fairly balances the interests of user safety and developer marketing needs. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. install a new signed plug-in from the web 2. 3. looks like a 4.x bug to me. gilbert@netjumper.com please reopen this bug if it is actually a mozilla bug and you can provide us with and example.
