If you hold the F1 key, firefox will open tons of help tabs. This makes the system unusable for a minute or two while it opens them, and takes a few minutes to close them all.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Own or borrow a cat
2. Be doing something important on the computer
3. Have cat step on keyboard

Alternatively, just hold down F1 yourself.
Actual Results:  
Thousands of tabs opening, making the system not respond for several minutes.

Expected Results:  
Open one help tab only, change focus to that tab for each additional keypress.
