Attachment: testcase 1: only works if you save locally

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
 1. Load URL
 2. Change Firefox's width so that the checkin message all fits on one line, except for the final two words "bug 523405", which wrap to their own line.
 3. Increase Firefox width slightly so that "Bug" pops back up to first line.

ACTUAL RESULTS:
 Bug number disappears from next line.

See attached reduced testcase, which resizes your window at load-time, and should automatically reproduce the bug for you.

For some reason, the bugzilla-hosted version of testcase 1 doesn't reproduce the bug for me -- "ABCDE" never wraps to its own line.  However, when I save the testcase locally, it reproduces the bug.

Nice -- it looks like the bugzilla-hosted version of testcase 2 reproduces the bug for me. (unlike testcase 1)

Looks like this was caused by Bug 504524.  This might be a dupe of bug 524284.

fix v2 on Bug 523468 (with the correction given in Bug 523468 comment 11) fixes this bug, on the URL and the testcases posted here.
