http://tinderbox.mozilla.org/showlog.cgi?log=Firefox/1257068332.1257069798.13829.gz shows a build that failed with: ../../staticlib/components/libgklayout.a: member ../../staticlib/components/libgklayout.a(nsTextFrameUtils.o) in archive is not an object collect2: ld returned 1 exit status make: *** [libxul.so] Error 1 Apparently there were some similar errors earlier in the week, but I can't find any record of them being filed. I think this sort of thing would happen due to filesystem corruption or due to running out of disk space.
For "Linux mozilla-central leak test build" there were three errors recently, two on moz2-linux-slave19 for corrupted nsTextFrameUtils.o, and one on moz2-linux-slave09 for corrupted nsMathMLmencloseFrame.o. It looks like this was related to restarting the buildbot master at 4:10 PDT on the 30th, when running builds would have been abruptly terminated. This was likely caused by the hard stop (kill) I did on production-master when it refused to shutdown after 20 minutes.
