post-carpool linux builds (2000-09-13-17-M18) do not display bookmarks in the
menu.  Debug builds give warnings such as:

WARNING: unable to load datasource 'rdf:   *', file nsXULDocument.cpp, line 5948

Where * is just about every RDF data source.

Workaround for the bookmarks is to view them in your sidebar.

this happens on win32 also.

This was a problem with a buried hack that was truncating progids, because the 
new syntax has semicolons in nsRDFService.cpp.  Changed it to look for '&'.
