May no longer drag an URL from one browse window to another

Details
1. Open a browser window, load a page with a bunch of url's on it. 2. Right click one URL - getting another browser window with that page 3. Drag some other URL from the first window to the second. Nothing happens. The expected result is to have the second browser window load the page pointed to by the URL. This broke in 2000091321. It worked fine in the previous nightly build (20000912xx)

Using 2000-09-13-21/Linux I get the same. The problem is not that a link is not accepted, but that you can not drag a link. This is a regression. Suggest to change Component from "Browser general" to "XP Toolkits/Widgets".

Changing OS to all and the component to the one suggested. Noticed this on the WinNT 2000091308 build
Component: Browser-General → XP Toolkit/Widgets
OS: Linux → All
