52624 - Netcenter must fix markup on "quotes" page for RTM'

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
   http://lookup.netscape.com/lookup/Lookup.tibco?search=&type=0&st_symbol=on
   (or home.netscape.com, click on [stocks] button)

ACTUAL RESULTS:
   varies. On Linux, sometimes lots of gray that goes if you cause repaintings. 
   This is the <HR> as far as I can tell, as setting HR to display:none prevents
   the problem from appearing at all.
   Also, the entire page sometimes collapses on itself (XP). Reload to see this.

TO FIX:
   We don't want to hack these codepaths at this stage. Get NetCenter to fix
   their ugly markup. Who do we contact?

Bug 52625 is tracking the code part of this bug, which we will probably not
fix for RTM, and is therefore independent of this bug.

Just wanted to point out, a comment in bug 52624 indicates that if you turn 
javascript off, the page lays out better.  Something might be odd with their 
script.

to fix their markup so it works on Netscape 6?

Since the product code portion of this bug is handled by bug 52625, reassigning 
this bug to greggl. Changing summary from 'Netcenter "quotes" page is messed up
