This is the code part of bug 52624. STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Load attachement. 2. Make window taller than content so there is no vertical scrollbar. 3. Reload. ACTUAL RESULTS: Page content collapses and dissapears. It can be brough back by causing a reflow. Tested on Windows 2000 and Linux commercial builds and Mozilla Windows 2000 build, various versions around 20000913XX.
Need a testcase.

It's perhaps a bug of the page's javascript. Disable Javascript and Java and retry to do your three steps. Actual result : all is right when there's no javascript! (My Mozilla is build 2000091321 for Linux)
