Steps to reproduce: 1. Go to URL 2. Select File - Edit Page 3. In Editor - Select View - Show All Tags 4. Now scroll to the right side(horizontal scrollbar must be visible), table borders look very bad. Expected Result: Borders should not overlap each other. Reproduceable: Every Time Tested with BuildID 2000091317 on Win98

does not occure anymore. fixed through checkin for http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=45055 ? tested with buildid 2001032804 on win98
