Not sure if this be in bugscape or bugzilla. Sorry if I chose the wrong one.
For the past week, everytime I try to N6Setup.exe using "default" as the
location, I see it trying to download "/xpcom.xpi" and fail.
I cant install the latest windows builds anymore...

It's a Netscape 6 bug rather than a Mozilla one so I guess it should be in
bugscape but bugzilla does have an nsonly keyword so I've marked it as nsonly,
it may be marked invalid by someone else as this doesn't apply to Mozilla.
