Thunderbird 3 beta 4 prompts an error message which is related to timezone calendar. The lightning calendar is just updated into latest lightning nightly build on 4 November 2009.

Thus, all calendar data is missing, and can't set the timezone from Tools - Options - Lightning - Timezone either.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Thunderbird
Actual Results:  
An error message prompts up with this message:
An error was encountered preparing the calendar located at moz-profile-calendar:// for use. The calendar might refer to unknown timezones. Please install the latest calendar-timezones.xpi.

Expected Results:  
1. Able to set up timezone
2. Able to modify meetings/events

Should be fixed in today's nightly builds (which haven't been built yet!).
