Launch the browser with the modern skin
Observe that the grippy on the sidebar appears wiped off partially from the left
side and does not appear completely. This is windows only. Bad problem, should
be easy to fix.

Looks fine in 2000091317 on NT; fixed?
The grippy appears green color on Windows 98 (2000-09-13-08-M18).

I agree that this is a dup of 52390
