Before this gets approved the other articles that block Bug 526682 should be fixed; they cross link quite a bit.

Notes:
- took theme definition from customizing firefox with add-ons article 
- removed instances of SHOWFOR, because we are not using SHOWFOR to differentiate between 3.5 and 3.6
- re-ordered instances when personas was mentioned before themes. That way, the stuff that applies to everyone is first.
- Firefox is distributed with AMO in the exceptions list, so they won't get the Notification bar. (removed)
- removed locale from AMO link
- used AMO link alias https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/themes
- AMO links should also be https (I may have missed this in the extensions article)
- simplified instances of "click to select" to "select"
