Part of the effort to split up the Customizing Firefox with Add-ons article. See [http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/forum/3/491018] for discussion of contents.
I am marking this draft FIXED for review. Before this gets approved the other articles that block Bug 526682 should be fixed; they cross link quite a bit.

Moved to KB at: Tue 17 of Nov, 2009 22:03 EST Notes: - used the plugins definition from customizing firefox with add-ons and popular plugins articles - instead of naming plugins in the description, I tried to explain what they are for. - we shouldn't be linking to plugindoc (I think we link to i somewhere else. We should remove that link as well.) - used plugincheck content block - used the standard "At the top of the Firefox window" when pointing users to a menu - fixed syntax on Plugins panel - simplified instances of "click to select" to "select"
