NOT an M17 bug!  Bug occurs in the 9/14 and 9/13 daily builds.  Am only using
M17 because the daily builds don't work!

When starting Mozilla, the splash screen displays and then the program exits
with no error message.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click mozilla.exe or run mozilla.exe from command-line

Actual Results:  Splash screen displayed, then exited

Expected Results:  Splash screen should display, then application should start
