Attached patch v1, adding select list (obsolete) — — Splinter Review
Right now usability is broken because users can't choose other languages. The drop-down only chooses new subtitles, but we don't have a native locale switcher. Attached patch handles building the locale select list, but we need to add the ability to redirect based on the form submit.
