Since SUMO 1.4.2, quite a few articles comments are blank.

AIUI, we supposed to be disallowing article comments under 5 characters.

In going through the article comments I missed in the past month, I found an interesting clue to this.
On <https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Bookmark+folders#comments>, there is a comment, then a duplicate comment with an additional sentence at the end:
"Now you are telling me that I have typed the anti-bot verification code wrong. I guess you don't want my suggestion after all."
The first comment did go through. So it looks like even though comments appear to be disallowed on the frontend, the comment is still posted.
