Details

This is to allow to upload deb files for individual locales under subdirectories. Otherwise they would overwrite each other since the fennec deb files share the same name.
According to bhearsum this ability is already in place. We might have to open this bug again and morph it upload the deb files into the chinook repo(s) when we have them.

The repos require signing, so that should be a separate process.
