527079 - Upload individual localized debs for 1.9.2 to chinook repositories

We have to add to the Maemo l10n builders triggered after en-US the step to create the deb files for that locale.

This work depends as well in two bugs: bug 527071 and bug 524519

It might also involve creating a chinook repository where to upload stuff. This is not that difficult since I was able to do one in my people account (I still have to work on it with more time).

I believe that staging-stage won't be a good place to create chinook repos since I don't see an easy way for a Nokia device to reach without VPN (It is a linux device so it should be possible). I would rather have a way of staging-stage push these outside the network.

At some point we would like to have the localized debs on the repos.

Armen: is this bug specifically about setting up a staging env for this, chinook repos and all?

Also, did we figure who was responsible for create the chinook repos in production?

The chinook repos make sense for us to create them since we have access to stage but Aki will determine that since he is doing the work in bug 469290.
