I am unable to use the shortcut keys to enter smilies, bold, italic etc when posting. Also effects my options when dealing with reports.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.enter text, then highlight selection of text and use shortcut key to add formating
2.use shortcut key to enter smilies when posting
3. Also issues adding warnings to profiles on the modding options
Actual Results:  
nothing, mouse pointer will hover over the key but will not allow you to click

Expected Results:  
once clicked formatting should be auto added

Only happening on this site (Dragonadopters) since updated to 3.5.5

Reporter, are you still seeing this issue with Firefox 3.6.13 or later in safe mode or a fresh profile? If not, please close. These links can help you in your testing.

I've updated my browser and am now using Firefox3.5.16, issues have not represented themselves since browser update.
