From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux 2.2.14-15mdk i686; en-US; m18) Gecko/20000914
BuildID: 2000091408

Some characters are showing up as blank or missing completely in Big5
Traditional Chinese pages.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the URL and look at the page
2. Change the encoding to western ISO-8859-1. The page should render correctly
except Chinese characters are showing as strange symbols.
3. Use Netscape 4, IE, or Windows version of Mozilla to view the page. The page
should render correctly.

Actual Results: Some characters are showing up as blank. The separators " - "
between links are missing completely.

Expected Results: The characters should render correctly.

Mozilla rendered the page fine in previous builds; it broke sometime around
9/11/2000. Many other Big5 pages have incorrectly rendered characters as
well(e.g. www.cts.com.tw). I'm not seeing this on 9/13 Windows build
(Traditional Chinese Win98).
Is this a dup of 52655 ?

Yes, since it broke on 9/11, it is the same bug.
