527341 - [Collector Extension] Web Developer's Toolbox can't be displayed

I installed the Collector and logged in with my account.  I'm subscribed to the Web Developer's Toolbox and when I clicked on it in the left column the right pane said "This collection cannot be displayed because it contains errors."

Errors in the collection (that's what this bug is about) aside, that message wouldn't make much sense to me as an end user.  A friendlier "unavailable right now" message would be better.

Changed error message to "This collection is currently unavailable." r60397.

I suspect the real cause of the error was this bug 540577; you can probably mark this as a dupe of that.

I suggest changing it to English in all locales so that localisers pick up on the change.
