part of the page (a table containing a form) is displayed twice.
also, when entering text in the top textarea, the text gets 'typed' into the
bottom textarea too.
clicking the top submit button causes the bottom submit butten to go to a
pressed state.
Netscape 4.x has no problems with this page, nor does IE.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. visit URL
Actual Results: Part of page gets displayed twice
Expected Results: display it only one time
Checked on Linux: confirmed in build 2000-09-13-12. Confirmed NOT AN ISSUE in
MacOS 9 build 2000-09-13-13 and Win98 build 2000-09-13-08. Only happens in
Linux.
