have watched the video 5-6 times, and the counter remains on "24" even after hard refresh.

Would be very good to have this working asap please if possible.

Okay - counter is moving. Seems like there's a long delay between the numbers being refreshed. Not sure this is an issue. Close out if not.

thanks

Re-commenting here. Its 3 hours later and the views are only at 61. From a marketing stand point not having these views shows -- looks like its a flop... please can we check this asap?

thanks

I've removed the video counter for now. views.php should be logging counts, however.

For tracking this stuff in urchin, I added:

    * When play is clicked:
          o urchinTracker('Firefox_Final_VO.ogv');
          o urchinTracker('5years_video_play');
    * When "download" is clicked:
          o urchinTracker('5years_video_download');

We'll check the views in views.php and if they are more reliable as a result of having the no-cache headers we can add it back in tomorrow, or just leave it out and rely on urchin for counts. Jane will talk to the metrics team about how to get that info.

We don't need it and the metrics team is working on getting these numbers.
