When I used python force_release_l10n.py -m [pm] -v -t FIREFOX_3_6b2_RELEASE -b releases/mozilla-1.9.2 -p macosx -n nthomas then every build except ja-JP-mac was triggered. Looks like it's because the macosx vs osx handling needs to be earlier.

This munges osx to macosx before ignoring unknown platforms; osx is unknown if you do it the other way round.
