Todd,
There's no Java on the Mac. Please reword Full and I'll knock off the bit about
Java in Recommended. Thanks.

CC'ing Vera for her input.

How about:

Recommended - Installs the most common options. Quickest to download;
recommended for most users.

Full - Installs a range of options, including several international
language packages.

Custom - Recommended for advanced users or users with specific international
language package requirements.

Is it okay to just not mention Java at all?

Thanks. This works since Apple ships Mac OS 8.5 and above with MRJ.
This is a trivial change and important for reliability. nsbeta3+

If `Custom' is `*recommended* for advanced users or users with specific
international language package requirements', then calling another of the options
`Recommended' is contradicting yourself, really. Why not `Typical', as it is now?

Are we distinguishing between `international language packages' and other kinds
of language packages? If not, what's the `international' doing there?

And of course saying that Recommended/Typical is `quickest to download' isn't
necessarily true, because you might choose a custom installation which is even
smaller/quicker.

------
Typical
Installs the most common Mozilla components. Suitable for most users.

Full
Installs all Mozilla components, as well as several language packages.

Custom
Lets you choose which components and language packages to install.
Recommended for advanced users, or users with specific language requirements.

"Recommended" was chosen because we want to steer most uses in that direction.
Let's stick with this wording; it's been kicked around and reviewed by a number
of people, and we shouldn't waste time revisiting all that right now. We need to
close this.
