When we have computers with different Firefox languages, then the name of the personal toolbar folder is named differently.
The bookmark sync should detect the local firefox language and then map/unmap the name of the special toolbar folders according to the translations.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Sync the bookmarks of a english firefox profile with the server
2. On the server, (for example) the "Personal Toolbar Folder" is stored
3. Now setup a german firefox
4. Now sync the bookmarks from the server to the german firefox

Actual Results:  
In the german firefox the toolbar does not show up the toolbar bookmarks of the english version, but instead a empty one.

Expected Results:  
In the german firefox, the toolbar folder should be populated from the english toolbar folder.

The reason for this problem is the fact, that in a english profile, the personal toolbar is stored inside the folder "Personal Toolbar Folder".
In the german FF the folder with the same function is named "Lesezeichen-Symbolleiste".

The same problem occurs on all special folders, where the names are translated. For example: "Quick Search" -> "Schnellsuche", "Recently bookmarked" -> Kürzlich als Lesezeichen gesetzt" and probably others as well.

That's strange. I sync my Firefox main profile (Firefox 3.6 en-US - Windows XP PRO SP3) with my Firefox Home profile (Firefox 3.6 it-IT - Windows 7 Home Premium) and my Bookmarks Toolbar are OK.

This should work, since the bookmark toolbar is a specific root in Places... bumping to Needs Triage until we know more.

Has this perhaps been corrected during the 0.6 -> 1.0 versions ?
Perhaps I did had old duplicates left over from a beta version.

Actually I can't reproduce it with new profiles, so it might very well have been some leftover from a old version.

Synced en-US and ga-IE without the duplication.
