Description

steps to reproduce:
1.Try to search for "IEtab" with platform=Windows in preview
2.Notice the selected platform option in the advanced panel.

expected result:
In the advanced panel,selected platform option is Windows

Observed behavior:
Selected option for platform in advanced panel reverts to "MACOSX".Works fine in production.

I'm now getting "BSD" as the selected Platform when clicking on the "Advanced" tab in search.

Fixed but filing an additional bug for the platform ids in the select.

Verified FIXED by both manual (ad-hoc) and Selenium tests (which now need tweaking/updating).
