Today's optimized build does not access my.yahoo.com when I select it from the
bookmarks menu or type it into the location bar.  The throbber starts but
freezes and the stop button shows up and never goes away.  The status bar does
not update.  The UI stays responsive though and I can go to other URLS.

I downloaded the latest nightly, build id:2000091505

running on Win NT, I am able to get to my.yahoo.com using my bookmark - I do 
have the dino enhancement added in, if that makes a difference

I can get to my.yahoo.com (both the sign-in and custom page) without any
problems...  (Win2K 200091408).

Do you have your prefs set to warn you before accepting a cookie?  As soon as
you try to go to http://my.yahoo.com, Yahoo! trys to set a cookie.  It's
possible that the accept/deny button is loosing the focus and being put in the
background.  This would cause Mozilla to wait until the dialog box (which you
can't see) is responded to... which would never happen ('cause you can't see it)...

Nisheeth Ranjan, some information about your Platform/OS would be helpful.  The
works for me with win32 talkback and installer on NT and 98, mac installer on OS
9, and tar.gz linux build on RedHat 6.2

I have no problem loading the URL
http://my.yahoo.com.  Perhaps the
reported saw a transient network
failure or a DNS timeout.

this works for me with 10/06 mozilla trunk builds on win32, mac and linux.
