In a sub-folder menu of the Bookmark menu. When dragging a bookmark, the horizontal black line (showing the position to drop the item) appears in the parent menu, not in the sub-menu where you pick the bookmark. This bug appear in rare sub-menu only.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click Bookmark menu.
2. Go to a sub-folder in the bookmark menu.
3. Drag a bookmark.

are you sure this is not caused by an add-on?

Does this still happen with Firefox 3.6.13 or later or Firefox 4?

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.13 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
