Instead of hardcoding to 1.0, etc. users can set the version if necessary (e.g., when we move to the new version and old data is still available)

Comment on attachment 411532 [details] [diff] [review] v1 Noted that in the future we'll perhaps want storageAPI.1 storageAPI.2 when we bump up the value because a custom value would override our new value.
