Which version of the toolbar are you using? AI Roboform Toolbar for Firefox 6.9.97 says it is not compatible unless you are forcing the install.

I install the version: http://www.roboform.com/dist/roboform-firefox-3.0-frozen.xpi. Firefox 3.6b3 does not crash in my enviroment:Win 7 x64
I installed the version in Comment 6 using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.4) Gecko/20100413 Firefox/3.6.4 and don't see a crash. Can you please try with the latest Firefox 3.6.x release?
