User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.0.15) Gecko/2009102815 Iceweasel/3.0.6 (Debian-3.0.6-3) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.0.15) Gecko/2009102815 Iceweasel/3.0.6 (Debian-3.0.6-3) I tried to import a self signed certificate into the personal tab and after also import it to the Authorities. Importing into the personal tab worked without problems. In the authorities tab it does not let me import and provides the following error message: "This certificate is already installed as a certificate authority." Nevertheless, this certificate does not show in the list of authorities. The result is that i cannot edit the trust settings. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Import the .p12 as personal certificate 2.Import the .crt file as CA Actual Results: Cannot import as CA Expected Results: Should be able to import as CA and allow to edit the trust settings.
just to clarify: "personal tab" is actually called "Your Certificates"

Do you still have the .crt file that you tried to import into as a new authority? Could you please attach it to this bug (not the p12 file with your private key, only the .crt file with the public CA cert).
