Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.5) Gecko/20091102 Firefox/3.5.5

The 'Manage Search Engine List' dialogue does not populate with my installed search engines and the 'OK' and 'Cancel' buttons are unresponsive. The only way I can dismiss he dialogue is to click on the red X.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. From the search drop down, select 'Manage Search Engines...'

Actual Results:
The 'Manage Search Engines List' dialogue does not populate and is unresponsive.

Expected Results:
I expected the list of search engines I have installed to be displayed in the list window and the buttons to function.
Which errors do appear in the error console? Further please test in Safe Mode to make sure no extension is causing this faulty behavior. See http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Safe+Mode for more information. Thanks.
Launching Firefox in Safe Mode, I was able to use the 'Manage Search List' dialogue as expected. I then closed the Safe Mode Firefox and launched regular Firefox and was able to use the 'Manage Search List' dialogue as expected.

I'm not sure what happened originally, but it is working as expected now.

Thank you for your time.
