Saw this on Win32 2000-09-15-06M18 (I had commercial release)

This happens every time I exit the browser, and has done so for quite some time.
I remember seeing a bug on this a while ago, so didn't log it. Now I can't find
the bug, and so I am logging this one.

Steps to repro:
1)Using an existing or new profile, launch the browser.
2)Select File-->Exit when the browser appears.

Actual results: You will crash while exiting. Though p[refs setting don't appear
to be affected by this crash, nominating nsbeta3 as this occurs every time the
browser is exited and is highly visible and embarrasing.
I am running on Winnt w/svc pak 5, but also saw this crash on a Win 2000 box
with SPK 1(Jason Kerz machine).

I should note, I get the same crash exiting Aim or mail, if I launched them with
the -mail or -aim parameter, and then exit those apps.

per meeting on 9-21, selmer says this is not a dup of 49414. Reopening
Note: we can't reteset this on win98 at this time (9-21) because of a win98 only
bug with crash and runtime error on Exit - bugscape 2415)
Using build 2000-09-21 on mac and linux - New Profile, Close Activation, Launch
Browser, File|Exit does not crash. Need to retest with 9-22 build on NT4 to see
if this crash still happens.

Using 9/21/12 build, I still see the crash, though it doesn't always genn a
talkback trace.
I originally marked this as a dupe because of an email thread where I mentioned
that I knew of an old bug for crash on exit, couldn't find it, and opened this
one because of that. In the email thread I was informed that the old bug was bug
49414.
I have been unable to bring down a buildable commercial build over scera
despite devoting lots of time to it. This problem does not dup on the mozilla
program in all of my attempts. It clearly calls PREF_Cleanup() and then exits
normally (Windows NT 4 SP 6).
oki, this does not crash on Commercial todays build:
