I switched from speakers to headphones in the middle of a video and the sound didn't come on until I restarted FireFox. (I'm on the Beta, don't know if this happens in 3.5)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Watch a video (Hulu, YouTube, etc.)
2.Pause video
3.Switch audio outputs
4.Confirm that other sound still works
Actual Results:
It happened again.

Expected Results:
The sound continued as normal.
>Watch a video (Hulu, YouTube, etc.)

You are watching a flash file and the flash plugin itself is doing the sound output and not Firefox.
Which flash plugin version is used ?
Does it work wqith other browsers that are using the flash npapi plugin like Opera, Safari, Chrome (IE is using a ActiveX plugin).
Tried it with IE and that didn't work either, I suppose it's a general error and not a browser error.
It's more likeley a flash <-> windows-sound issue.
