When building for qt, we should not have MOZ_COMPOSITED_PLUGINS enabled as it currently uses gtk specific functions.

Currently plugins do not compile (i am building without them), so there will be follow up bugs to fix plugins and probably re-enable MOZ_COMPOSITED_PLUGINS.  This bug is exclusively about getting things building again.

This was added in bug 442109.
