Details
STR (steaps to reproduce):
1. set a message in one of your feed subscriptions as new;
2. close your "news & blogs" node on folder pane (you can appreciate better if use "All Folders" view);
3. now click N to go to next unread message: the "News & Blogs" node is expanded but your nodes (childs) not are show until I move the mouse over: only the node that have the message marked new is show.
It is possible that this is a dupe? I can't find nothing in bugzilla.

I have the same problem (I was searching for an existing bug before opening a new one), but this happens to me on Windows Vista Ultimate 32bit with standard mail accounts.
I use the "All folders" view and I have 19 accounts (18+local folders, no global inbox). If I press N to jump to the next unread message (or use the toolbar button), the "inbox" folder of the account is displayed, but the other folders are not shown. To see them I have to do a mouse over on the whole folder pane.
I also tried updating the drivers of my graphic card with no results.
Maybe we could change the summary of this bug to "Folders pane refresh issue when moving to the next unread message"?

Uh, maybe I've just found something interesting.
Remembering of the old bug 352694, I've tried a different theme and the problem is gone (just picked one of the themes recently updated on AMO, iLeopard Mail 3.2.1.3). It sounds like a theme problem.
Aureliano, could you try this (if you still have the problem)?

I can confirm comment #3 by flod.
But using latest Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2b6pre) Gecko/20100105 Lanikai/3.1a1pre ID:20100105033430
I can't reproduce the issue also with default theme... maybe this issue is fixes by another issue on trunk?
Francesco do you use latest stable release (3.0) or trunk 3.1a1?

Francesco, I can't reproduce also with 3.0.x branch
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.7) Gecko/20100107 Lightning/1.0b2pre Shredder/3.0.1pre ID:20100107031902
But I can't find the patch that fixes it.
When you upgrade to next stable 3.0.1 if this issue is gone, please close it as WFM.
