User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.7) Gecko/2009021910 Firefox/3.0.7
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.7) Gecko/2009021910 Firefox/3.0.7
Whenever I click on a link that opens a new Firefox-window (i.e. when I want to view a larger picture of a product in a webshop), Firefox will open new tabs in the main window or the popup-window. These tabs have the same content as the tabs I had opened in another window before.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to any webshop you want.
2. Click on the picture of any product you want to have a larger picture of, so that Firefox will open a popup-window.
Actual Results:
There are two possible actions:
1. The whole content of the window I closed last is opened in new tabs in the main window. The larger product-picture will still appear in the popup-window.
2. The whole content of the mainwindow at that time ist opened in new tabs in the popup-window, alongside the product-picture. At the same time, the product-picture will appear in the main-window as well.
Expected Results:
It should have just opened the product-picture in a popup-window, nothing else.
This bug occured right after I updated from Firefox 3.5.4 to Firefox 3.5.5.

Example URL:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Canon-PowerShot-14-7MP-Digital-Camera/dp/B001FWYT9K/ref=amb_link_85382893_14/275-5025321-7042031?pf_rd_m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_s=center-2&pf_rd_r=0GDR0EB2KRG7ZHYJF8B1&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=475105433&pf_rd_i=560834
When clicking on the product-picture the problem occurs. But as stated before, the problem occurs in any webshop not only amazon.

I have problems to understand your actual results. Can you please run Firefox in Safe Mode and check if it still happens then? See http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Safe+Mode. If yes, please describe it in-detail. Thanks.

Reporter, are you still seeing this issue with Firefox 3.6.13 or later in safe mode or a fresh profile? If not, please close. These links can help you in your testing.
