1. Open http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Universe&action=edit
2. Reduce your browser window width to something like ~400px
3. Scroll down to the text editor area
Actual Results:
Second row is partially hidden (check screenshot).
Expected Results:
Editor buttons shouldn't be overlapped by textarea.

Same problem in all other browsers, I think page just not designed for narrow screen.
