Some older migrations can safely be removed from /migrations - if we ever need them again, they are safe in the repository.
I'm using a copy of production that's from last week, I'll remove all the ones that have been applied.

This removes: site/app/config/migrations/53468-drop-sphinx.sql and everything before it.
