This indeed are the buttons for (western) Frisian (fy-NL).

BTW.: could someone please update the downloadable buttons on http://www.spreadfirefox.com/affiliates/create_buttons, so we can re-edit them?

Indeed, this is an old bug with the 3.0 buttons.
You can close this bug.
New buttons are in the works.
