Need to send the cursor focus to the secret phrase textbox on weave signin in prefPane.  Currently after signing in user/pass, the user will need to click in the textbox to specify the secret phrase.   should have focus on default

Repro:
1) install weave 1.0 beta
2) open weave prefpane
3) enter in user/pass and go to next screen
4) verify no cursor focus on secret phrase textbox

Expected:
- default the cursor to the textbox of secret phrase
