If you start Fennec and get the awesomebar, the URLBar is displayed partially offscreen after choosing a website or closing the awesomebar panel.
This seems to be happening because we immediately display the autocomplete panel during the startup event and the resize event may not be complete yet. That causes the controls to not be sized/positioned correctly.
This patch delays the autocomplete display until after the event queue is executed. This patch also fixes bug 529125
