When I click on some text boxes someplaces it works but on some places like text box in Standard Gmail it doesn't work.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.In the Grab and Drag preferences set Grabbing to anywhere the screen. 
2.Open Gmail and click on compose mail.
3.Try to click on Body text box it doesn't work at all.
Actual Results:  
Nothing no selection of text box.

Expected Results:  
it should have selected it so that i could type
