Choosing any menu item in Message Compose Window fires the Exception:

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Message Compose Window (Ctrl+N)
2. Move mouse pointer to any menu item (File, for example)
3. See the Exception in Error Console
