There are two things that I think must be done to this page:
1) Remove the sentence in bold saying "Reviews are required to become public.". This is no longer a policy applied by AMO editors. The rest of the text looks fine.
2) Change the policy link to point to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/developers/docs/policies/. The current one redirects just fine, but it's best to use the latest link.

Both done in r58193. I also added the prose class to the container so the lists had bullets and stuff. It looks a lot nicer now.
