Now that bug 528234 has landed, nsStyleAnimation supports animating font-weight & font-stretch. I'm Filing this bug on enabling SMIL animation of these properties.

Last version had a few obsolete XXXdholbert comments that needed cleaning up, in the added test test_smilCSSFontStretchRelative.xhtml. (two of which were really just notes, and one of which referred to the now-fixed crash in bug 523188)
Cleaned those up in this version.
