For potential survey questions, see http://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform?formkey=dDRGdHc1a3hfMlBfcVY0aUZZN2JFekE6MA Filling out this survey is optional, but if it is filled out, the responses should be bundled up with the week-in-the-life study results and sent together, so that we can then divide up week-in-the-life results by user techiness level etc. without having to assign user IDs. This will require some tweaks to the upload mechanisms.

Done in revisions http://hg.mozilla.org/labs/testpilot/rev/64214cb4ae81 through http://hg.mozilla.org/labs/testpilot/rev/71cc30a5c777 and on the server side in http://hg.mozilla.org/labs/testpilotweb/rev/cc8977419caf . Note this is a general solution that can be used for any number of built-in surveys; we just have to put up a .js file with the questions (and multiple choice answers) onto the survey. This particular survey is so fundamental that it gets uploaded as part of *every* data upload, giving us a way of identifying the tech level of users, which incidentally fixes 511512.
