User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.5) Gecko/20091102 Firefox/3.5.5 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.5) Gecko/20091102 Firefox/3.5.5 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)

When I open a new tab in Mozilla after some time it pops out of the window and create a new FF window with itself - so, for instance, I had a 1 ff window with 2 tabs and then I have 2 ff separate windows with opened sites in them. What's more, it can happen more and more - if I will open new tab in the second window, it can divide to two again thus I have 3 ff windows

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open 1 location
2.While 1st location loading open new tab and try to load 2nd location
3.Do something - like mouse movements etc. - second tab can pop out
Actual Results:
Window with 2 tabs divides to 2 ff windows

Expected Results:
Keep beeing one window in any account.
It would be good to know which exact mouse movements you are doing here in step 3. Do you really not click a mouse button like an attempt to switch the tabs? How reliable is it to reproduce? Can you also reproduce it when running Firefox in Safe Mode (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Safe+Mode)?
You probably clicked on the icon, but didn't release the mouse button and then dragged your mouse downwards (into the content area) before releasing. That's is the gesture for detaching a tab into its own window, useful when you're maximized (dragging the the desktop, the normal gesture, is then impossible).

It's not a real bug, but it can be annoying. I thought that there was a bug to undo this operation (to move the new window back into into its old place as a tab), but I can't find it back right now.
Well, yes, it doesn't appeared in safe mode - so it's probably because of some add-on.

No, it's not like this. It can happen even if I do no mouse movements

>How reliable is it to reproduce?
MMm, in my ff it can be like that: I open first location and before it load completely I click some link in this page - and second starts to load, and, even if I won't do any mouse movements it can pop out.

But, as I said, it doesn't appear in safe mode, so its some add-on and not exactly ff bug I suppose. =)
Can you please disable your installed extensions step by step? That will tell you which of those is causing this problem.
First I disabled a Greasemonkey - tested on several sites several minutes - it still happened, but more seldom. I mean, I had opened 4-5 tabs and click on links inside tham - so, after 3-4 minutes of such an acting one tab finally pop out. (So, I found this situation "better").
Then I disabled NOScript - the same. It still pop out, but more seldom.
Then I disabled Foxy SEO Tool 0.8.3 and it looks like tabs don't want to pop out anymore. At least, I tried to force ff work hard with new tabs and clicking links - no tab pop out
No, it's pop out anyway ( Keep disabling
Reporter, are you still seeing this issue with Firefox 3.6.13 or later in safe mode or a fresh profile? If not, please close. These links can help you in your testing.
